Tutorial on how to access the LinkedIn account

LinkedIn is a professional social network. It enables recruiters to find candidates and job seekers to find positions to apply for. This tool connects companies, employees and investors. The network lists more than 10 million users in France, it was created in 2002 and was acquired by Microsoft in 2013.

How to create an account ?

To create your LinkedIn account, go to the home page and enter your surname, first name, email and choose a password. Click on “Register” and complete the following steps (professional profile, etc.).

How to login ?

To sign in to your LinkedIn account, go to the LinkedIn home page or the login page. At the top of the page, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields. Then click on “Sign in” to connect.

How to logout ?

To sign out of your LinkedIn account, click on your profile picture at the top right. A drop-down menu will appear, click on “Sign out” at the bottom.

How to delete an account ?

To close your LinkedIn account, click on your profile picture. In the drop-down menu, click on “Settings & Privacy”. You can now access your account settings. Ensure you are in the “Account” tab, and scroll down to the bottom to find the “Closing your LinkedIn account” section. Follow the procedure and confirm the closure of the account.
