Tutorial on how to access the Three - My3 account

Three is a british telecommunication provider offering internet and mobile subscriptions in the United Kingdom. Three specializes in non-engaging subscriptions, quality network for Data, and easy management of your consumption through a mobile app. It is one of the first providers to promote the upcoming 5G coverage in England. 

How to create a Three account ?

When you want to create a my3 account, go to the homepage, and click “Register” at the top right of the page.


Enter your mobile number, then click “Next”, enter your password (present on your contract or bill), then click “Next” again and follow the instructions to confirm your inscription. 

How to login ?

When you want to log in to your my3 account, click on “Log in” at the top right of the homepage. Then, enter your mobile number, click on “Next”, enter your password, and click on “Log in”. 

How to logout ?

When you want to log out, simply go to your Three account page and click at the top right on “Log ou”. 

How to delete a Three account ?

If you want to delete your Three or my3 account, you have to contact Three’s customer service by phone : 0333 338 1001 (or 333 from your Three account phone).
