Tutorial on how to access the EE - Everything Everywhere account

Everything Everywhere, or EE, is the biggest internet, TV and mobile provider in the UK, with over 30 millions customers. The EE account allows you to check your current subscriptions, and choose the services you want to opt in or opt out. EE is also one of the first providers to implement 5G coverage in England.

How to create an EE account ?

On the homepage of EE.co.uk , click at the top right on “register”. Enter your first name, last name, email address and password, then click “Register” again, add your online account (EE mobile, EE broadband or EE Community). Then confirm and check your emails to verify your account.

How to login ?

On the homepage, click at the top right on “Log in”. Enter your email address and password, then click on Log In.

How to logout ?

In order to log out of your EE account, simply open the EE homepage, and click on “Log Out” at the top right.

How to delete an EE account ?

If you want to delete your EE account, contact the customer service by phone.

 

For EE mobile/SIM customers :

150 on mobile, 07953 966 250 on EE landline, and 0800 079 8586 for other providers

 

For EE Broadband/EE TV customers :
